## 1. Use of the App

Marwaly provides journaling, reflection, and wellbeing features.

You agree to use the app in a lawful, respectful manner. You must not:

- Misuse or disrupt the app
- Attempt to access restricted systems or reverse engineer the app
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with app performance or security

## 2. Accounts

Some features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

## 3. Subscriptions (Marwaly Premium)

Marwaly offers a paid subscription (“Marwaly Premium”) that unlocks additional features.

- Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period

## 4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.

If you cancel:

- You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided by us

## 5. Refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

We do not directly issue refunds. Any refund request must be made through Apple.

## 6. Free and Paid Features

Some features are available for free, while others require a Premium subscription.

We may change or update features over time.

## 7. Advertising

The app may display advertisements for non-premium users.

Ads are provided by third-party services such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

All content, design, and features of Marwaly are owned by us unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the app without permission.

- The app will always be available without interruption
